Abstract:
The study examines employee involvement at Apollo Dental, Chennai, focusing on employee participation, communication effectiveness, teamwork, recognition, and overall engagement. Primary data was collected through structured questionnaires from 120 employees using simple random sampling. The study applied percentage analysis, chi-square, and correlation techniques for interpretation. The findings reveal that most employees show moderate to high involvement levels, especially in communication and teamwork. However, participation in decision-making and empowerment require improvement. The study concludes that strengthening employee involvement practices, communication systems, recognition programs, and participative management approaches can improve employee satisfaction, productivity, and organizational performance.
