PUBLICATION ETHICS & MALPRACTICE STATEMEN
Duties of Editors: The editors' responsibility is to judge whether or not submitted manuscripts are appropriate for the publication, taking into account things like: (a) Manuscript quality (b) whether it meets the Aims and Scope of the journal, and (c) originality of the work. Editors will assess the intellectual merit of manuscripts without taking into account a writer's sexual orientation, gender, race, or place of origin. The corresponding author, reviewers or potential reviewers, and other editorial board members will be the only people who have access to information about a manuscript that has been submitted to the editors. The editors make sure that every manuscript submitted is subjected to peer review by at least two subject-matter experts before being considered for publication.
Duties of Reviewers: Peer review is necessary to improve the author's text and to make editing decisions that are successful. Reviewers should note any overlaps with previously published works and point out any pertinent published work that has not been cited. Reviewers should decline to review a manuscript if they feel unqualified to do so or if they know it won't be possible to complete it quickly. Reviewers are required to treat submitted manuscripts as confidential and not show them to or discuss them with third parties without the Editor-in-permission. Chief's Reviewers are forbidden from seeing any manuscripts that have a relationship to, or a problem with, another author. Reviewers will be subject to immediate action in cases of misbehaviour, including confidentiality breaches, delays in peer review, conflicts of interest, and plagiarism.
Duties of Authors: A manuscript must be original and must not have been submitted, accepted, or published in any other language or be under consideration for publication elsewhere. The author should think about how the material is presented, whether it complies with publication rules, and whether to include citations for earlier research that has been done in the area. Any potential conflict of interest that could be taken as influencing the findings and interpretation in the manuscript should be disclosed by the author. Recognize each and every source of funding. Author should anticipate receiving reviewers' reports quickly, usually within three weeks. Co-authors should include everyone who had a substantial hand in the study's idea, design, implementation, data analysis, and interpretation. It is the responsibility of writers to contact the journal's editor as soon as they discover any serious flaws in published material so that the publication can be either corrected or retracted.
Duties of Publisher: The publisher, in coordination with the editorial board, will take appropriate steps to clarify the issue, publish an erratum, or retract the incriminated work in instances of confirmed scientific misconduct, plagiarism, or fraudulent publication.
