The study examines the impact of online payment systems, personalized marketing strategies, and logistics on the overall efficiency of e-commerce. Primary data collection, statistical analysis, and hypothesis testing have been employed to assess various e-commerce strategies and consumer engagement techniques, providing a comprehensive understanding of the changing retail landscape. Additionally, this paper evaluates regulatory frameworks, consumer protection policies, and the role of emerging technologies such as blockchain and augmented reality in e-commerce.
