Abstract:
In the process of education so many dimensions are there in which innovation can be possible. The study was aimed to implement and to know impact upon the students of the Teacher Education College, they have to complete the evaluation process through some activities. The researcher had selected the topic for this research was regarding Sanskrit language which was part of syllabus of IIT Gandhinagar for B.Ed. course. The students where from various faculties from arts, commerce, management, Science etc. As we know that to learn any language in higher education as a subject is a logical process. In activity based evaluation sheet the question where formed as puzzle, crossword, fill in the gaps, word jingles, rhymes, comparisons, found the proper word etc. The implementation and analysis where done by the researcher. Through the process of analysis it can be said that the evaluation was found quite effective. The opinions of teacher trainees where also positive about the activity based evaluation.
